It all began with a passion for health and feeling happy.

Founder - Rina, with a background and degree in Health Sciences & Complementary Therapies started making soap for herself, family and friends more than 6 years ago. Having experienced ups and downs with skin issues all her life, the mission was to create simple, planet friendly, plant forward, effective and beautiful products for all skin types and genders/families.

The ethos: ‘‘Using the best ingredients we can source, we aim to be gentle to our skin, and mindful of our beautiful home and the nature surrounding us whilst creating gorgeously straightforward & luxurious skincare.

Every ingredient is carefully considered, we don’t claim to be chemical free - all ingredients, even natural plant based ones are chemicals. Our aim is to be low tox but still effective in action. We chase plant therapy backed by science and love to use essential oils, herbs, plant oils/butters, extracts etc…Essential oils can be amazing for their benefits as well as scent profiles, but we also understand that they aren’t suitable for every skin. Therefore, we also make some products free from essential oils for those who might need them.

Everything is lovingly made by us with intent, care & respect for your well being, your skin and the planet.

With sustainability in mind we think virgin packaging should be a last resort, we love to re-use, recycle and up-cycle containers where possible and as future products launch, you may receive a recycled container or two (but we'll let you know). This shouldn’t take away from the beauty of the product itself - if anything, we think it makes our products even more enjoyable. With the planet in mind, we also aim to source ingredients that have come from sustainable/reputable sources, as well from fair trade initiatives.

Our goal is to donate 1% of all annual sales to charities and projects we think will assist our fellow brothers & sisters, animals and our beautiful home - the Earth.

We’ll be blogging about the skin, body, nutrition, health science related stuff, essential oils, herbs and lots of other things.
