How long does an order take to ship?

We aim to process and send all orders within 72 hours of the order being placed and payment received.

Do you offer international shipping? 

We currently offer international shipping to the U.K. only. We are working to offer international in the future.

What is your returns policy? 

We have a 30 day return policy on all unopened and unused products. Our products are handmade and consumables, therefore we cannot accept returns if they have been opened and used.

Please note, all returns are at the customer's expense. Please ensure you include a note stating your order number and your email address as well as your postal address. This allows us to identify your order so we can process your refund.

Once received - intact, and upon passing inspection, we will process your refund to the original payment method used for purchase.

Our aim is to process all refunds within a 72 hour period from receipt and inspection. You will be notified via email with updates.
